Roy 'Woy' Jenkins

A labour politician, Home Secretary in the 1960s, was one of the 'gang of four' who took part in the split from Labour which led to the setting up of the Lib-Dems. He was responsible for much liberalisation. He had a speech impediment which caused 'r' to be rendered as 'w'. He died in January 2003.

This article describes his wonderful 'contwibution' to our country. It is because of many liberal attitudes built into law, especially family law, that has allowed men's civil rights to be eroded so far.
